Taking out the oversized fireplace opened up the room for a sleek media wall and more flexible furniture layouts. We leveled the ceilings to hide the HVAC runs and added modern recessed LED lighting for a clean, updated look. New solid-core doors with contemporary hardware not only improve privacy but also help block noise from the garage below.

This whole condo remodel included a complete reimagining of both the kitchen and bathrooms.
