Journeyman/Lead Carpenter
The lead finish carpenter has strong organizations and communication skills. A good understanding of rough and finish carpentry methods and techniques, refined carpentry skills and the ability to interact with subcontractors and clients.
Carpentry Apprenticeship
Sweeney Design Remodel empowers raw talent through various efforts, including a partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Youth Apprenticeship program that trains area high school students, and the Sweeney “Metronome Award” recognizing production team member accuracy, management, and leadership skills.
