From Dated to Delightful: An Enclosed Kitchen Design in Fitchburg, WI
Challenge
A modest-sized kitchen with a poor kitchen design, outdated cabinetry, and worn-out appliances made this space anything but functional and inviting. Our clients needed a new kitchen that was remodeled with style, function, and flair—especially focused on convenience and versatility.
Solution
Sweeney’s design team worked collaboratively to design a new space that artfully blended new cabinetry, colors, and appliances and fit within the existing footprint. To optimize the kitchen for simpler cooking, we installed Kitchenaid appliances, a Zephr hood, and a Whirlpool microwave. Adding further functionality and style, the enclosed kitchen was designed with a beautiful Elkay sink, Kohler fixtures, custom tile flooring, and stunning Amish cabinetry in a warm wood tone. The new center island takes center stage serving as a valuable food prep area or a convenient place to sample cooking creations.
Result
A kitchen that delights the senses! This family now has a place where they can prepare their meals and entertain their guests in style.
