With a background encompassing routing, dispatching, maintenance, customer service, and team management, he’s a seasoned professional ready to tackle any challenge. As our production coordinator, Erick serves as a vital link between estimators, designers, subcontractors, and field staff, ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish.

A dedicated team player, Erick thrives on maintaining high morale, no matter the circumstances. His hands-on approach and willingness to learn new skills stem from years of managerial experience. When asked about his professional passion, Erick emphasizes the importance of workplace enthusiasm, believing that it drives success and fulfillment. He’s eager to infuse the Sweeney team with his infectious energy, bolstering an already vibrant atmosphere.

Beyond work, Erick channels his passion for restoration into home projects and car modifications. In his downtime, he enjoys leisurely walks with his wife and dogs, as well as traveling. Additionally, he volunteers as an admin for Fl4t Fest, a local Subaru charity car show held annually at Madison International Speedway.
