Apprentice Carpenter

Brian Morales joined the Sweeney team after impressing our leadership while working at a local, national home improvement retailer. His strong work ethic, natural customer service skills, and eagerness to learn immediately stood out—qualities that align perfectly with our company values.

As an Apprentice Carpenter, Brian is focused on honing his craft through hands-on experience. His responsibilities include using tools, measuring and cutting wood, assembling components, maintaining a safe and clean job site, and supporting construction and remodeling projects. With a desire to problem solve and a drive to grow, Brian is excited to deepen his knowledge of carpentry, building codes, and the remodeling process—while continuing to deliver the kind of excellent service he’s known for.
